	Can Rosabel is a beautiful and traditional mallorcan townhouse situated on a cobbled pathway in the hamlet of Biniaraix, one of the prettiest villages in Spain if you read the books, just outside Soller. The house is very well appointed in every aspect and provides a first class holiday home in a lovely quiet position, yet within walking distance of the restaurants of both Soller and Fornalutx. Can Rosabel is ideally located for walking and touring around the Tramuntana mountains and the North  of Mallorca, while, if you would like to explore the city, then Palma is only a 30 minute drive away. The house has its own large private terrace (opposite).  This has table and chairs for 6 people, a BBQ and chairs for relaxing.  There is also a small private garden and leading down from this is a flight of stairs to the amazing infinity pool (shared by the owners of Can Rosabel who work most days and therefore the pool is almost always for your sole use) and more garden areas including a fenced area for smaller children to play without direct access to the pool for safety. Can Rosabel sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin which can be turned to a king size if desired).  Both bedrooms have build in wardrobes, a set of drawers and bedside tables. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.  We also provide an iron and board and a drying rack to allow you to dry clothes in your private garden. The lounge has two large sofas, a traditional Mallorcan fireplace, a TV, English Satellite system and DVD player with a selection of titles.  A range of books are also available during your stay.  There is also a CD player in the house. The house is fully Air Conditioned and Heated via the AC system for winter lets There is a beautiful private terrace with views to the Soller Valley.  The terrace has a table and chairs, BBQ and relaxing chairs.  There is also a small private garden with views for your use. Children Welcome - we have cots, high chairs, bed sides, stair gates and a range of childrens toys for your use. All linen and towels provided ( seperate towels provided for the house and the pool/beach) Great walks, canoeing, fishing and sightseeing on your doorstep A 10 minute drive to the beach Great restaurants within walking distance and lots within a short drive Parking is about 75 metres from the house just at the base of the cobbled steps of Biniaraix (the house is on a small cobbled road which is inaccessible to traffic making it lovely and peaceful) view from the private garden of Can Rosabel the shared infinity pool with views of the valley (The pool is shared with the owners of Can Rosabel who work most days and therefore the pool is almost always for your sole use)
